What are the delivery times and costs?

Free delivery: Free delivery “en Colissimo” (home delivery with signature) and “Relay” (shop or post office) from 110 euros purchase.

Delivery charges: Delivery at 7.98 euros (incl. VAT) by “Colissimo” (home delivery with signature) and 4.98 euros (incl. VAT) by “Relay” (shop or post office) for all baskets under 110 euros.

Delivery times: Relay and Colissimo deliveries take 2 to 3 working days.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders placed before 10am are shipped the same day (except Saturday, Sunday and holidays). All orders placed from Friday 9:00 am until Sunday are shipped on Monday morning.
Shipping times may be longer during sales periods and new collection launches.

Where do you deliver?

To all countries in the world.

What are the delivery times and costs?

Delivery times vary from 2 to 7 working days depending on the country.

Packages are shipped by UPS or La Poste Delivengo.

In all cases, you have a tracking number that is sent to you by email the evening of the shipment.

Orders outside of France are shipped via UPS or La Poste Delivengo and are at the buyer’s expense. Customs fees and other taxes are at the expense of the recipient and may be claimed upon receipt of the goods, at the rate in force in the country of the delivery address.

Returns & Refunds

Do you do exchanges?

Girls In Paris does not do exchanges, if you want an item in a different size or color, you have to make a return and then reorder.

ARE RETURNS FREE?

We include a return label at a set fee of 6.00 euros.

How to make a return?

Returns are made within 14 days, at your expense.

To make a return, you can click here and follow the instructions. Once you are in the “My Orders” section, select the order as well as the items concerned. Then in the “Return” column indicate the reason for your return for the item(s) you wish to return.

We will confirm the processing of your return by providing you instantly with a pre-paid label or a QR Code. You can either print this return label and stick it to your return package or show the QR Code when dropping your parcel at La Poste.

Upon receipt of your package and validation by our logistic partner, 6€ return fees will then be decucted from your reimbursed amount.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN?

You have 14 days after receiving your package to make this request.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS OF REIMBURSEMENT?

In order to be validated by our logistics partner, the returned items must not have been worn or washed, they must still be labeled and with their original packaging intact, otherwise they cannot be accepted and returned to you (at your expense).

The Girls In Paris gift box is neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Once your return has been received and accepted by our logistics partner, Girls In Paris will refund you within 10 working days (in practice between 3 and 5 working days) to your bank or Paypal account used for payment. A refund email will be sent to you immediately to let you know.

If you used an e-Card or if your credit card is no longer valid, you will be refunded by bank transfer.

For all returns, including those due to an error in the delivery address, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer and will not be refunded by Girls In Paris. Girls In Paris reserves the right to refund only the content of the order.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY MONEY BACK?

Once your return has been received and accepted by our logistics partner, Girls In Paris will refund you within 10 business days (in practice between 3 and 5 business days) to your bank or Paypal account used for payment. An email will be sent to you immediately to inform you of the refund.

WHAT IF MY CARD IS NO LONGER ACTIVE?

If the card used for your order is no longer active or expired, we will refund you by bank transfer.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR RETURNED ITEMS

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so be sure to get proof of shipping in case you need to contact us about your return!

Do you do exchanges?

Girls In Paris does not do exchanges, if you want an item in a different size or color, you have to make a return and then reorder.

For deliveries outside France, returns are at your expense (including customs fees).

How to make a return?

Returns are made within 14 days, at your expense, via the carrier of your choice.

Return your order via the carrier of your choice in its original packaging, including the white cotton bag if the order is enterily returned.

To make a return, you can click here and follow the instructions. Input the order number received in the order confirmation email received. Select the items concerned and indicate the reason for the item(s) you wish to return.
Validate on this same page your request for return: an e-mail is automatically sent to us.
Then print the return form and insert it in your package.

ATTENTION: Any return that does not follow this procedure may see its processing and reimbursement extended.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Once you have placed your order, it is impossible to :
– Add or remove an item from your order
– Change the size
– Change the delivery address

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You cannot cancel your order once it has been confirmed. If you have changed your mind, you will be able to make a return to send the items back.

MY ORDER IS IN RETURN SHIPMENT OR HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED, ARE YOU SENDING MY ORDER BACK?

The orders in return shipper which will not have been delivered by the Post office for reasons independent of your will (difficulty of the Post office to find the place of delivery, impossibility of access to a residence,…) will not be automatically sent back but directly refunded. You will have to reorder if you wish to receive your order again.

If they are unable to deliver to your home, the package may be redirected to a relay point near your home. In this case, Girls In Paris will not reimburse you for the delivery costs incurred. Furthermore, if the package is not picked up within the given time frame, you will be responsible for the delivery fees.

Packages that are not received and returned to our warehouse (due to an incorrect address or a package not being picked up within the time limit at the post office or at a relay point) are subject to a special treatment. Girls In Paris will automatically refund your order without the shipping costs which will remain at your expense.

I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEM OR MY ORDER IS INCOMPLETE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We are sincerely sorry for this incident.
You can contact us at the customer service with :
– Your order number,
– The name and reference of the item in question
– The description of the problem
– A picture of your order as an attachment
We will answer you very quickly in order to find a solution.

MY PARCEL IS INDICATED DELIVERED ON THE tracking BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE It, WHAT TO DO?

Thank you for making a small inquiry with your neighborhood and / or caretaker.

The tracking system of the post office can take a long time to be updated. It is possible that your package is indicated as delivered but will actually arrive a few days later.

If after a few days you still haven’t received anything, please send us a handwritten, dated and signed statement, written on the following model:

“Current delivery address
Place, Date
Subject: Declaration of honour
Dear Sir or Madam
I, the undersigned, Mrs/Mr (first name last name), living at (address), attest on my honor that I have not received my order with the tracking number xxxxx.
I am aware of the penal sanctions incurred by the author of a false attestation.
Done to serve and be worth what is right.
Signature”

To finalize your request, we invite you to send us this document by return email within 7 working days. A simple photo inserted as an attachment will do.

We will send you back your order, while stocks last.
